qmail install script 1.3.8

Hi,

i've released a new version of my qmail installation script :

CHANGELOG

* Versions of softwares sources updated
* Added simscan, ripmime and clamav
* You must now choose between F-Prot (with qmailscanner) or ClamAV (with
simscan) antivirus.
* Minor changes in supervise scripts
* Major changes in SpamAssassin installation and configuration
* Minor changes in qmailadmin installation
* Removing no more needed values

Thanks for the script, but a site translation into English would be
convenient for the majority here isnt French
