vqadmin in chroot

Hi,

I have apache in chroot and inside it, vqadmin running. No problem to
access or modify anything, but when we add a new domain something goes
wrong. As far as I know, it´s necesary to send a ALRM signal to
qmail-send. But I don´t know how to solve this problem because I have no
access outside chroot.
Any idea?
