550-Verification failed

I am using the qmail and all of a sudden some emails are not going thru
(sent or received), message is "550-Verification failed". I haven't
found anything on how to fix this problem.

One thing to check is if the log filesystem is full, usually /var if
the logs go to /var/log/messages.
