vqadmin access denined

Hi!

I have installed a mailserver following the howto on:
http://sylvestre.ledru.info/howto/howto_qmail_vpopmail.php

I can logon to my mailserver through
http://192.168.1.3/cgi-bin/vqadmin/vqadmin.cgi

Byt when I tries to do something I just get
List Domains: Permission denied

I can add domains with:
/home/vpopmail/bin/vadddomain test2

Can anyone give me a clue where I should start my troubleshooting.

Make sure the vqadmin.cgi file is owned by root and is setuid.
Also make sure your web server allows setuid cgi's.
