vqadmin: Segmentation Fault

I am having an issue where when I add a user to certain domain I get a
segmentation fault. It only happens with one domain and not the others.
When I run the command from the command prompt i get the following.

[***@mail bin]# ./vadduser ***@simplepc.net test
Segmentation fault
[***@mail bin]# ./vadduser ***@clemsonnation.com test
[***@mail bin]# ./vdeluser ***@simplepc.net
Segmentation fault
[***@mail bin]# ./vdeluser ***@clemsonnation.com

There might be something wrong with the vpasswd file or
the permissions on the domain. Just a guess.
